Social justice idealists like our screwball, utopian, government supremacist prez, who childishly dream of a Neverland society of equal wealth, health and happiness for all through massive redistribution of income, benefits and services, can never admit that we have dangerous spending and debt problems no matter how severe and critical they are. Why? Because for the Obamas of the world the end of social justice heaven (the purpose and goal of world history) justifies the means of getting there. Because until the promised land of utopian perfection is reached (in a massive, redistributive, cradle to grave nanny state) the means of taxing, spending, borrowing, regulating and intervening by government can never be enough or go too far. Indeed, what's the point of government cutting spending and living within its means if the injustice of inequality, discrimination and low minimum wages exists in society? Where's the morality and compassion in balancing budgets if there's rich and poor, high and low, have and have nots with millions not earning a living wage? If some live lives of ease, comfort and luxury while others struggle for food, clothing, shelter and warmth where's the justice, morality and fairness in this? These inequities and evils must be eliminated over time-that's progress; and if that means doubling down on spending, borrowing and debt then so be it. Patriotism for loons like Obama (as Paul Robson said) mean "never being satisfied with one's country" until the revolutionary future of classless social perfection is achieved. And until that great impossible day arrives we must tax baby tax and spend baby spend whatever the cost, whatever our debt, however painful our bankruptcy in the end. For the greater good demands it.

Summing up the above, Obama's egalitarian ideology has so deranged his mind that he's deaf, dumb and blind to the fiscal and economic disaster looming ahead-to the unsustainability of our deficit and debt which he's insanely bent on aggravating thinking justice and morality are on his side and  only good will result in the end. And for him to open his eyes and see the growing peril we're in, and that more spending and debt would only worsen things, would shatter his transformational illusions and destroy the meaning and purpose that defines his life. Obama is stuck on stupid and trapped by ideology as the day of reckoning draws near when the sum total of his governing incompetence catches up with him in catastrophic failure and moral despair.

As you can see from the graph Ryan's utterly immoral slash, cut and burn austerity budget, unlike Obama's, is useless for achieving social justice perfection. Obama's budget moves upward in the direction of liberal heaven; Ryan's moves downward in the direction of conservative hell./sarc

  1. Maggie Thatcher had a great rebuttal to those who bemoaned “inequality”.

She said the left would rather have very little inequality “down here”, than a lot of inequality “up here”.

She used her hands to show that the level of wealth “up here” was higher even for the poor than the “rich” “down here”.

  2. You want equality? First, kill all the banksters.

Then, the lawyers. Then, the politicians.

Then, everyone will live happily ever after.

  3. In a truly free market, the rich are rich because they make goods and services productively and that people want. If there is any doubt about this, just look at the history of personal wealth. Today’s middle class people live better than most of the rich from 50 or 100 years ago. But once government gums up the works enough, that increase in productivity stops and stagnates and we revert to barbarism. Just look at Greece to see what happens when the government-heavy Welfare State collapses. And that’s where we’re headed under Obuma.

    1. In a truly free market, the poor aren’t poor because the rich are rich. In a crony capitalist market, where we are taxed to bail out Wall Street and “green” energy companies, all classes are poorer to support the rich.

  4. Just as these libs treat catastrophic man-made global warming as a scientific fact so to do they treat as scientifically certain that governments can spend (and redistribute) their way to social perfection.

Here are some disturbing facts about Americans defined as “poor” by the Census Bureau that make me ashamed of being an American:

*— Eighty percent of poor households have air conditioning. By contrast, in 1970, only 36 percent of the entire U.S. population enjoyed air conditioning.

*— Fully 92 percent of poor households have a microwave; two-thirds have at least one DVD player and 70 percent have a VCR.

*— Nearly 75 percent have a car or truck; 31 percent have two or more cars or trucks.

*— Four out of five poor adults assert they were never hungry at any time in the prior year due to lack of money for food.

*— Nearly two-thirds have cable or satellite television.

*— Half have a personal computer; one in seven have two or more computers.

*— More than half of poor families with children have a video game system such as Xbox or PlayStation.

*— Just under half — 43 percent — have Internet access.

*— A third have a widescreen plasma or LCD TV.

*— One in every four has a digital video recorder such as TiVo.

TV newscasts about poverty in America usually picture the poor as homeless or as a destitute family living in an overcrowded, rundown trailer. The actual facts are far different: #more#

*— At a single point in time, only one in 70 poor persons is homeless.

*— The vast majority of the houses or apartments of the poor are in good repair; only 6 percent are over-crowded.

*— The average poor American has more living space than the average non-poor individual living in Sweden, France, Germany or the United Kingdom.

*— Only 10 percent of the poor live in mobile homes or trailers; half live in detached single-family houses or townhouses, while 40 percent live in apartments.

*— Forty-two percent of all poor households own their home; on average, it’s a three-bedroom house with one-and-a-half baths, a garage, and a porch or patio.

After reading the above only the most heartless would call themselves proud Americans
